Palindrome Design Associates / Palindrome Lighting Design is an award-winning Interior Design and Lighting Design firm.  We are a Maryland State Certified Interior Designer, (CID 2220), ASID Professional Member and  NCIDQ certified. We are also an NCQLP certified Lighting Design firm, IALD Associate, and LEED AP registered. We provide a full array of Interior Design and Architectural Lighting Design services for commercial, residential, and institutional projects.  We are conveniently located in the Baltimore Washington DC market, directly serving the metropolitan market, Annapolis, Alexandria, Virginia, and the Eastern Shore, but also providing design service for projects located all over the country and Caribbean.

Lighting Design

Palindrome combines the knowledge and experience of interior design with its decades of experience in architectural lighting.  Palindrome has illuminated projects ranging from custom homes and churches to airport terminals and jetways.  Hotels and museums to sports fields and building facades. 

We have the skills to blend design creativity with the necessary knowledge of ASHRAE, IECC, NEC energy and electrical codes, IES design standards, proper lamping characteristics and LED technology, and control systems, all  for maximum performance and appearance of your commercial, residential and hospitality projects,  We work in the following platforms to provide professional construction documents and details, renderings, schematics and specifications.
